We are holding the reservation on a guaranteed basis. In case of cancellation, please contact the hotel before 3.00pm, three days prior to the arrival date to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges.
Discretionary 5% service charge will be added to your room rate on daily basis.
Please note that the room will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 12.00pm on the day of departure. If you are arriving any earlier, we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but this may not be possible.
Hotel guests have complimentary access to the gym and full facilities of Lanserhof at The Arts Club, located at 17-18 Dover Street. Access must be requested via our Reception Desk at 40 Dover Street, and a mandatory health questionnaire completed.
From 10.00pm a maximum of two guests are permitted to stay in each room.
On Sundays and Mondays, In Room Dining will not be available between 11.00pm-7.30am.
With the exception of UK school holidays, children are not allowed to stay in the hotel and are not permitted in the club after 6.00pm.
Dogs and other pets (with the exception of licensed service dogs or guide dogs) are only permitted in the garden at the weekend between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Dogs must be kept in carriers or on leads at all times. You will be required to present certification on arrival.
The Arts Club operates a smart dress code. Please familiarise yourself with our policy and share with guests ahead of your stay.
If your room has a balcony, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum as a courtesy to those in neighbouring rooms; our licence requires all external noise to cease by 11.00pm.
You undertake to uphold and adhere to all the club's rules and byelaws, a copy of which is available to view
here, and will also be available in your room during your stay.
Hotel guests are permitted to occupy the room on the basis that they are a non-exclusive licensee.
The Arts Club reserves the right to engage and permit cleaners, maintenance and security personnel or other staff to enter your room to fulfil their functions
Where applicable, The Arts Club reserves the right to move hotel guests to another room.
